TWO MILESTONES IN ONE WEEK! 🥳 I am beyond grateful!

I am sitting here absolutely buzzing with excitement! When I first launched Untamed Lives, I tried to keep my feet firmly on the ground. I told myself to be realistic—maybe a few listens for Season 1, a couple of nibbles on the trailers, and perhaps a decent turnout for the premiere before things inevitably quieted down. It wasn't a lack of faith in the stories, but I wanted to stay grounded.

Boy, did you all prove me wrong!

📈 The Big News

I am thrilled to share that at the time of this post, we have officially passed 120 downloads! But that’s not all... we also have our first paid subscriber—and no, it’s not a family member!

To every single person who has tuned in to listen to Addison’s story: Thank you. You have truly inspired and motivated me to keep pushing to make this podcast the best it can be.

🎙️ Growth & Learning Curves

As I’ve mentioned before, Season 1 was a massive labor of love, but also a steep learning curve. It was experimental; I was figuring out the format and how to present these raw, unique stories to a new audience.

If I’m being honest, Season 1 has some rough edges. I’m still learning to treat the microphone like a friend rather than a judge, and I’m working on using my script as a guide rather than a shield. I want to really express myself and connect with you all more naturally.

🔍 First Look: Season 2 – Alex

I am officially deep into the works for Season 2: Alex. I recorded the interview with Alex months ago and have spent the last few weeks in the editing suite.

The lessons I learned from Addison’s season are making this process smoother, but I’m being very intentional: Alex’s story is not Addison’s. Alex carries a completely different energy and a unique set of experiences that require a fresh perspective and a different tactical approach. I am dedicated to giving you a premium listening experience while staying 100% true to Alex’s incredible journey.

A Note on the Wait...

I’ll be real with you—there will be a small wait. I refuse to "churn out" content just to hit a weekly deadline. Behind the scenes, it’s just me:

• No production team.

• No professional studio.

• No full-time hours (yet!).

It’s just one person working hard to do these stories justice. Please stay tuned and thank you for your patience while I polish this next chapter!
