The Silence (And the Flu) I want to start by offering a sincere apology for the radio silence lately. A nasty case of the flu knocked me completely sideways for a week, and I’ve spent this last week trying to balance a full work schedule while still getting back on my feet. In the haze of recovery, it didn't dawn on me until now that I hadn't checked in with all of you. I’m so sorry for the delay, and I’m making a personal goal to keep these updates more consistent moving forward!

The Milestone: 71 Downloads! On a much brighter note—wow. I am absolutely floored. In just these first few weeks, Untamed Lives has hit 71 downloads and 56 listeners across our platforms! I never anticipated this kind of response so early on. Thank you to every single person who has pressed play.
